Unable to Add Payment Method Due to Billing Restriction

I am experiencing an issue with my GitHub billing account.

I added my billing information (name, address, city, and country), but I have not added any payment method yet. When I try to add a payment method, I receive the following message:

"Sorry, you can't update your billing information at this time. The billing information supplied is ineligible for transactions with GitHub due to government restrictions."

Because of this restriction, I am unable to add a payment method, and I also do not have any option to edit or remove my existing billing information.

Hey @Umar415 I understand your frustrations. Please leave another comment on the support ticket. Don't create a new one, your ticket will be answered in the order it was received based on our team's resources and the amount of tickets ahead of yours.
