I upgraded from Copilot Free to a monthly paid plan. My billing page shows it is active, but my VS Code extension is hard-locked to the free tier/upgrade loop despite revoking OAuth tokens and re-authenticating. Please force an entitlement resync on my account backend." They are usually able to flip the flag on their server to fix this quickly.
