• Copilot Free: 2,000 completions/month, hard limit
• Copilot Pro: $10/month, but includes expensive Agent/Chat features that many of us don't need

There is no middle ground. Developers who only need unlimited code completions are forced to either:

2. Pay for Pro features we never use

Suggestion:
Add a low-cost tier (e.g., $2-5/month) that offers:

• Unlimited code completions
• Unlimited next-edit suggestions
• NO Agent/Chat (or very limited)
