Copilot in GitHub
Body
Hi, I am a verified student under the GitHub Student Developer Pack (my GitHub base plan is GitHub Pro at $0.00). Previously, I temporarily upgraded my Copilot Student benefit to a paid Copilot Pro+ plan.

However, after my Pro+ subscription expired/ended, my account incorrectly fell back to "Copilot Free" instead of restoring my Copilot Student entitlement. Because of the current global subscription pause, I cannot manually upgrade or reactivate my plan on the billing page.
Since this is a billing restoration issue (not a new sign-up), could you please help manually restore my Copilot Student entitlement, or assist me in upgrading to the Copilot Max plan? Thank you.
