Bug: Issue templates always open in external browser

When I'm in the GitHub Android app and click to create a new issue in a project and select a template such as bug or feature request, instead of opening it in the GitHub Android app, it opens GitHub on my web browser.

This is very annoying as I'm not logged in on my web browser and thus cannot continue to file the request.

Can this behaviour please be fixed?
