How to commit README changes using github-actions[bot]?

I want to automatically update my README with GitHub Actions.
I tried creating a workflow file, but I'm not sure if the commit appears as github-actions[bot].

Here is my workflow:

1. Is this the correct way to commit changes automatically?
2. Do I need to add any special permissions?
3. Is github-actions[bot] used automatically?
