Trapped in Support Ticket Loop for Suspended Account @Deep251004 #198100

Hi @deep251904 (appealing for @Deep251004), I completely understand your frustration. Automated security sweeps against botnets or repository-manipulation campaigns (like the one involving the Ryujinx metrics) often catch real human users as collateral damage due to a single accidental star or fork. Since you are trapped in an automated support ticket loop where the bot instantly closes or hides your ticket, here is how you can bypass it and get a human to review your case:
Open a private/incognito browsing window (do not log into any GitHub account). Go directly to the GitHub Support Contact Page. Fill out the form as a non-logged-in user. Make sure to provide your original email (deep190103@gmail.com) and your suspended username (@Deep251004). Submit it. Tickets sent from completely unauthenticated sessions bypass the standard account-level bot filters and force the creation of a clean ticket in the Trust & Safety queue.
To help them track this faster: Leave this thread open. If a Community Manager replies here, they will usually ask for your ticket number. Once you successfully submit the form using the incognito method above, reply to this thread with only the Ticket ID number so a moderator can manually push it to the Trust & Safety team. |

Hello GitHub Community Staff,
I am posting a public thread here because the standard internal ticket system is completely inaccessible and caught in a bugged redirect loop.
My primary account (@Deep251004, registered to deep190103@gmail.com) was suspended out of nowhere. I recently received an automated notification showing that my profile was included in a security/botnet scan sweep involving the "UzuMathieu/ryujinx-emu" repository metrics (Campaign c-b0f9a40b / tg12 metrics).
I want to clarify that I have never intentionally interacted with, commented on, or contributed to that repository. If my account registered an interaction there, it was entirely an accidental tap (such as a 'Star' or 'Watch') while browsing or clicking an external link.
My profile is a real, human-operated account and I have never violated GitHub's Terms of Service. I am collateral damage from an aggressive automated false positive.
The Support Problem:
Every time I attempt to raise an appeal using the unauthenticated form, the page fails to load. When I attempt to log in to this temporary account and raise a ticket, an automated bot instantly intercepts the submission, hides it from appearing under "My Tickets," and throws a message telling me to go to the reinstatement link, which loops infinitely.
Could a community manager or moderator please step in, look at this thread, and manually route a ticket directly to the Trust & Safety team? I just need a human agent to review my account logs to verify my human usage and lift the automated suspension.
Thank you for your time and help,
Deep
