Dear GitHub Support team,
I am an existing GitHub Pro customer and, as I understand from your documentation and announcements, existing paying users should be able to use Copilot Pro or at least have their Copilot usage aligned with their paid plan. However, I am still being treated as a Copilot Free user in the IDE and repeatedly asked to “Upgrade to GitHub Copilot Pro.”
