Hi @mycode-new, I am so sorry you are dealing with this. Paying for a premium tier like Enterprise Cloud specifically for Copilot, only to be blocked and met with radio silence for 10 days, is incredibly frustrating. I completely understand why you feel like your investment is just sitting there. I want to be super transparent with you to help manage expectations: this is a public community forum populated mostly by other everyday developers. Unfortunately, tagging @github here won't ping the Enterprise Sales or Support teams, as they don't actively monitor these discussion boards to handle direct billing or ticket escalations. Since you are relying on their internal queue, here is the best way to navigate this right now: Check your spam/junk folders thoroughly for anything from @support.github.com or @github.com. Sometimes those automated enterprise onboarding emails get aggressively filtered. Do not open a new ticket. Opening duplicate tickets for the same issue can sometimes accidentally push you to the back of the support queue. Instead, log into the GitHub Support Portal, open your existing ticket, and add a polite comment asking for a status update. This bumps the ticket and shows it is still an active, urgent blocker. I know that is probably not the immediate magic fix you were hoping for today, but I wanted to be honest with you so you aren't waiting on a reply here in the community forums that might never come. I really hope the Enterprise team gets back to you and unlocks your Copilot access very soon! If this helps clarify the best path forward, I’d be super grateful if you could Mark as Answer so other users know how to handle support delays. Hang in there! |

My money is getting wasted now, as I bought GitHub Enterprise Cloud only to get Copilot Enterprise access.
Since i dont need git enterprise colud at as i have code repo space else where.
Issue: Cannot self-enable Copilot Enterprise - system redirects to "contact support"
