Org creation consistently fails with "problems creating your organization" — anyone seen this?

What's on your mind?

I'm unable to create a new GitHub organization (forif-ai) under my account
@sureshkumarramu. The org-creation flow consistently fails at the final step
with two errors:

We were unable to process your payment information. Please try again.
There were problems creating your organization.

This happens with multiple valid credit cards — the same cards that work
fine on my existing GitHub subscriptions, and on other services. The
behavior is identical in Chrome and Incognito.

I'm posting here because support ticket #4291329 has been open for
2+ weeks with no response, and this is blocking company onboarding for
GitHub Enterprise.

What I've tried

• Multiple different cards (all valid, all working elsewhere)
• Chrome normal mode and Incognito
• Re-verified billing address and details
• Commented twice on the open support ticket

Question for the community

Has anyone else hit a consistent "There were problems creating your
organization" error on org creation despite valid payment methods?
If so, what unblocked it?

If any GitHub staff happen to see this — could ticket #4291329 be
routed to billing engineering or the risk/compliance team? Happy to
provide any additional info needed.

I am also facing the exact same issue, with multiple credit cards.
