Hi, Since your organization recently moved from an Enterprise plan to the Free plan, GitHub Actions usage and billing settings may not have transitioned automatically. A few things to check:
Because this involves organization billing details, only GitHub Support can confirm whether there is a pending invoice or an account state that needs attention. Could you share the exact Actions error message (or a screenshot with sensitive information removed)? That would help narrow down the cause. |

Hi,
We had an enterprise accout with our Azure Benefits, now moved to Free account. Our Github account shows an error while running Actions even though we are in the Free Limit of 2000 minutes. Can you please help us? Is there any pending payment on our side?
We have not added Billing Information yet though, since it looks there is no payment pending.
