I'm having the exact same problem. Got a support ticket open since April 13 and no response. Super frustrating. I can't just pull my credit card cuz we're on Github Teams and need to keep that up and running. |

I recently enabled the trial of github enterprise for testing, which now expired. but I have been charged hundreds for advanced security licences which has not been allocated.
Making this worse, I have no way to remove these licences from my enterprise or org management!! This means I am locked in to getting charged, and Ive had no response from my support ticket in over a week.
I am not left with no option but to cancel my payments and/pr close my account... whats going on?!
